Remember to SELL SELL SELL the show, advertising starts on Star FM, Sun FM and Easymix 1467 on Monday, David and Louise will be on the ABC - 104.3 at 8.45am on Tuesday morning and then on Star and Sun FM - Thursday. Remember to talk to everyone about the show, EVERYONE!!

Cinema - Remember if you are attending Monster's University on Tuesday, to wear you costume and to be at the cinema by 12pm. Have fun!!

Other Reminders:

Ø Your Red Scarf & name tag must be worn to & from the Theatre each day!

Ø All hair must be off your face & braided (prior to arriving at Theatre)

Ø As soon as you arrive, you MUST sign off!

Ø If you are sick, running late, broken down, etc … please telephone Terry Dyke on 0458 402 044 to advise ASAP!

 Theatre opens at 5.30pm & All Cast must be at the Theatre by 6.00pm

 

Rest up for Monday and Tuesday - as Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights are going to be HUGE!!

Well done to new cast who received their red scarf tonight, remember to treasure this as this will be the only scarf you will receive, well at least until you hit 10 years!! Well done again, you have all put in huge effort into this rehearsal season so far! This applies to all our wonderful cast!!

Good luck to our tech crew & costumes who are bumping into theatre in the morning, as with all our departments the tech crew have worked extremely hard on Monday & Thursday nights out at the Birdwoodton Factory to create & enhance your performance on stage!!

Rehearsal starts at 12.30pm and goes through to 5.30pm, this will include a full run through of the show commencing at about 2pm!

A timely reminder to all cast of a clause in the Sunraysia Gang Show agreement in which was - 

Ticket Sales & Publicity:  Gang Show’s success is reliant on ticket sales.  By becoming a part of the Gang, everyone accepts a responsibility to do their part and makes a commitment to sell at least 20 tickets.  Assistance is available from the Gang Show PR and Publicity Department for those who may find they have difficulty in meeting this obligation. 

In selling the Show to the public we also distribute & put up posters, cast are encouraged to assist us by putting these up in high traffic areas & prominent locations.

Patrols are also encouraged to participate in the “Create A Display” competition.

 

 

For every ticket sold, this adds points to your patrol for the TISA Shield & also counts towards your tally to win one of our Ticket Incentive Prizes!!
